It's a brothy one instead of creamy or cheesy, I have the vague instructions here There is a basic Chicken and Wild Rice Soup in the same post. I made 2 giants pots of soup that sunday... the Chicken and Wild Rice is gone and only a little bit of the Chicken Tortilla left (I made more of it, because it's my favorite) I've taken to doing up large batches of whatever meat for the week on Sunday to cut down on prep time at night since it's tax season. Sorry my comment got long, typical ;)
Mmmmmm!! I eat only one kind of soup... homemade!

ReplyDeleteOhhhh, Chicken Tortilla Soup is delicious. I've only had it at Chevys. I don't cook much anymore. :(
