"The thing the sixties did was to show us the possibilities and the responsibility that we all had. It wasn't the answer. It just gave us a glimpse of the possibility." -John Lennon
I like possibilities! I've always been the type to prove I can when someone tells me I can't so the more possibilities the better!
I wish i already exist in the 60's then i would have seen with my eyes what John L meant in this saying. Well, everything is "possible!"
Great quote, and I am with Tamy on this one - I do the same thing.I was just a wee babe in the sixties. ... granted the early sixties. heheCheers, Kiy
For the most part I think the same thing can be said of most decades regarding responsibilities and possibilities. Growing up I always used to think I was born in the wrong decade. As it is though, I'm happy with my timeframe now.
I've often thought I would have enjoyed living in another decade, too!
The sixties showed us a lot, didn't it? As you may know, I like John Lennon! Thanks for your comments to my blog today, Barbara.
