Tuesday - Quinoa, Black Beans, Tomatoes and Spinach Salad
Wednesday - Steak Stirfry with Cucumber Salad
Thursday - Vegetarian Chili with Southwest Salad
Friday - Grill Night - Southwest Chicken and leftover Southwest Salad
Saturday - Turkey, Tomato and Avocado Salad
Sunday - Pantry Cleanout and Leftovers
I'm starting a diet this week, hopefully it will all go well.
I've decided to make Pantry Cleanout part of my weekly planning, so I make a point to use items up rather than throwing them out
